Campus Groups is the official campus community platform at UCI. This is a platform for you to learn about different groups and register for events on campus. The best way to learn how to use CampusGroups is to start playing around with it. You can also review helpful articles with screenshots if you get stuck by visiting the CampusGroups Help Center website.

How do I set up an account? | Go on the Campus Groups website and register by inputting your information and UCI email. You can also download CampusGroups as an app on your mobile device. |
How do I use it? |
Log in to Campus Groups and click on “Groups” at the top of the page. Next click “+ All Groups” this will take you to a page where you can search or look through every club, organization, department, and group offered at UCI. You can click on any group that interests you and join their group, read more about them, and see their upcoming events. You can also favorite groups to find them easier next time. When you go to your home page you can scroll down and your favorites will be shown under “My Groups”. |
How do I get to the Graduate Division page? | Log in to CampusGroups and click on “Groups” at the top of the page. Where it says search groups type in “Graduate Division” click on the link and then click “Join Group”. You will be able to view upcoming events for Graduate Students through this page. Make sure to favorite this page for convenience! |
How do I register for a workshop? |
You can register for events you are interested in and link your calendar, so they get added on there for your convenience. When you log in to CampusGroups click “Events” at the top menu. This will take you to all the upcoming events for all groups. You can play with the filters to narrow down your search, like by group, event type, upcoming, or past events etc. There is a register button next to each event which takes you to the page where you can read more about the event, where and when it’s taking place, make sure to check if it’s virtual or in-person, and if you are available and interested you can click the register button on the page. If you have any questions, you can scroll down and click “contact the organizers” to send them a message. |
How do I integrate my calendar to CampusGroups? | Log in to CampusGroups and click on the home icon in the top menu, click on “More” then select “My Meetings” in the left-side menu. Click on the “Calendar Integration” button and then select your preferred calendar system and follow the steps of provide CampusGroups permission to add meetings to your calendar. |
