Verano 8 Apartment Building Naming Opportunities

Lobby Lounge (x5)	This space functions as a living room for residents of each building to gather and greet each other. Outdoor barbecues are nearby and a community table is available for shared meals. Walls with full height windows create a welcoming community space with ample daylight that is seamless to the outdoors. Study rooms are adjacent to this space.	$200,000 each	900 SQ. FT.
Medium Study Room (x5)	This is a group study space with a capacity of 8, and is adjacent to the Lobby Lounge of each residential building. An integrated audio visual presentation system is provided.	$100,000 each	150 SQ. FT.
Small Study Room (x10)	This is a group study space with capacity of 4, and is adjacent to the Lobby Lounge of each residential building. An integrated audio visual presentation system is provided.	$50,000 each	110 SQ. FT.

Verano 8 Community Center Areas

Lawn	This is large outdoor recreational area provides flexible space to play games, study or relax. Community barbecues are nearby, as is the Community Garden, picnic tables and a covered shade structure.	$500,000	4,600 SQ. FT.
Community Garden	This is a place for students to grow their own food and cultivate relationships. It includes 21 standard garden beds and 2 ADA accessible garden beds. The garden is enclosed with a fence and has been located to provide full sun exposure year round. A large recreational lawn and barbecue/picnic area are adjacent.	$500,000	1,600 SQ. FT.
Game Room	The Game Room has capacity for 42 students to engage in games such as foosball, pool and video arcade games. Large screen televisions also support groups watching broadcasts together on lounge furniture. This is a lively, active area with full-height windows along the exterior walls along main circulation pathways.	$200,000	630 SQ. FT.
Wellness Studio	The Wellness Studio has capacity for 66 students to participate in a variety of group classes, such as meditation, yoga or Zumba on flooring designed for these types of activities. Multipurpose Room	This space can be divided into two separate rooms to support a variety of functions. Each side is equipped with integrated audio/visual presentation technology to function separately and concurrently. When combined, the overall space has capacity for 429 occupants sitting lecture style, 172 sitting classroom style and 189 sitting banquet style. Upper Community and Lower Community Lounges combined	This space is designed to support casual circulation through the center of the Community Center, where informal interactions and pre-function gatherings can occur. Furnishings and finishes define distinct zones, providing choice for residents and visitors to occupy their own space within the larger social setting. Reservable Lounge	Available for private events, this space is also open for general use when not reserved. Areas are organized into kitchen, dining and lounge functions with furniture that support group-oriented activities. Covered Patio	This space serves as a porch for all graduate residents and is a welcome southern entry point into the Community Center. It functions as a general outdoor gathering area and as a transition out from the Reservable Lounge and Multipurpose Rooms. Palo Verde Family Resource Center	The Family Resource Center is a gathering place for parenting students and their children. The center strives to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment with family‐centered activities. Wrap‐ around support services are provided within the center that are strengths‐based, prevention‐focused, reflective, adaptable & supported by national standards for best practices. Core services include parent education, child development activities, resource and referrals, free‐play, and structured play activities, peer-to‐peer supports, life skills advocacy, and leadership development opportunities.	$200,000	1,750 SQ.
